Why?

Because I am a winemaker. I’ve been running my own wine business for a decade. I’ve helped a dozen winemakers start their own wine brands in my incubation program; and I once paid a distributor 40% of my sale price to sell less wine than I did. All of that was before I learnt how to create systems that sell wine.

I was just like you. I knew how to make wine, but until I learnt to sell it I was reliant on other people. When I learnt how to systemise wine sales, that was when my growth became predictable. It took my business from looking for the next saviour, to being self reliant.
